This easy fondant recipe uses ingredients that are probably already in your pantry. this standard fondant icing with a sweet taste that kids love. Fondant is great for covering cakes and cupcakes, allowing beginners and experienced bakers to make homemade cakes look professional. For a fun flare, this recipe can be used to top off treats with flowers, letters, and other decorations. This simple recipe can also be flavored and tinted to any color with ease.
Ingredients:-
for glucose syrup
5 Tbsp- Regular sugar
3 Tbsp- water
1 Tbsp- Lemon juice (Note:- lemon juice is used to prevent sugar from crystallization so pls dont forget to add)
2 Tbsp- butter(butter keeps the fondant soft so also dont forget to add)
1/4 tsp – Vanilla Essence ( its used for flavouring your fondant)
for icing sugar-
2 cup- Regular sugar (grind into fine powder)
Note- 1.While the syrup is boiling keep testing it for its one thread consistency.
2. Please knead fondant at least 10 to 12 minutes.
