Today I have shared homemade Kesar Pista Malai Kulfi. Kulfi is a traditional Indian ice cream, often served at weddings and celebratory occasions. It is also commonly served in Indian restaurants as a dessert. Kulfi has similarities to ice cream in appearance and taste, but it is denser and creamier. While the kulfi can be flavoured in many ways, Saffron Pistachio is thought to be the oldest, and most well-loved flavour invented in the 16th century in India.
