Today I have shared Homemade Icing Sugar & Caster Sugar. Icing Sugar is used for icing and frosting over desserts. For its ability to easily dissolve in water, it comes handy while preparing juices, milkshakes or any cold beverages. Caster sugar is used in baking, desserts, drinks and cocktails. It adds more volume to baked goods, and gives them a lighter texture.
