How to store uncooked tapioca pearls
Drying the Tapioca pearls
To make dried tapioca pearls – spread the Tapioca pearls on a plate, and let them dry out for about 4 – 6 hours under fan or in room temperaure. Every hour or so, roll the pearls to make sure the balls are evenly dry all over, while maintaining a nice, round shape. Dried and frozen – lasts a good 6 months.
Freezing dry tapioca pearls
Once the tapioca/boba pearls are dried, they can be frozen. Place them in an air-tight container or vacuum pack them.
